About the role
MUSTTTTTTT HAVE CONSISTENCY IN EXPERIENCE ---Must have 2 year Sous Chef experience within a high-quality restaurant, gastro pub, or food-led pub/restaurant environment.
Strong experience working with high-quality, fresh produce.
Experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
Experience leading, mentoring and managing a kitchen team.
What we're looking for
Level 2 in food hygeine - Own transport essential due to the location.

Salary up to £45,000 package
Average £6,000 additional tips/bonuses annually
2.5 days off per week
