About the role
PRACTICE NURSE------------- Must have 1 to 2 year experience in general practice.
The successful candidate will provide a range of general practice nursing services, including:
Long-term condition management and reviews
Health promotion and patient education
Immunisations and vaccinations
Cervical screening
Routine nursing assessments
Blood pressure and other clinical observations
ECGs and other practice-based investigations
Supporting patients with self-management and lifestyle advice
Participation in practice clinical audits and quality improvement
Working collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, pharmacists and the wider practice team
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience. Previous Practice Nursing or Primary Care experience.
