Band 5 community Nurse Minimum of 2 years experience working in the community at Band 5 Experience of Holistic assessment, end-of-life care, chronic disease management, medicines management, prescribing SEND GOOD CVS
What we're looking for
Band 5 community Nurse Registered Level 1 Nurse (NMC) MUST MUST MUST have community Nursing Specialist Practitioner Qualification (SPQ) V300 Non-Medical Prescribing qualification preferred However, candidates without V300 but with SPQ will be considered Knowledge of EMIS (mobile working) iPad and iPhone provided Must have full UK License and own vehicle Send Good CVs
