What we're looking for
RGN with Valid NMC Pin Number Can consider RMN with good Clinical skiils - Excellent communication skills. daily duties will be to supervise Care Assistants, administer medication, complete clinical assessments, update care plans (Online Person Centred System PCS), carry out all clinical tasks, ordering medication, DOLS referrals, CHC checklist, appraisal and supervision of staff ensuring all company policies are adhered to. so, need to have knowledge and experience of this
