About the role
1 Year of experience required As a Qualified Nurse in a Nursing Home.
You are also expected to always act in such a way as to promote the health and well being of Service Users.so undertake assessment of need as directed by such people as e.g. Tissue Viability Nurse and Continence Nurse Specialist, including assessment data and treatment compliance information.To make appropriate referrals to General Practitioners and other Health Care Professionals including: Dietitian, Speech and Language Therapist (SALT), Optician, Dentist, Chiropodist, Community Occupational Therapist (COT), Community Physiotherapist promptly on assessed and identified need. And up date notice boards/information files with regard to individual nominated area of interest e.g.,Tissue Viability, Infection Control, Medication Ordering & Compliance and Nutrition & Hydration.
What we're looking for
ONLY RGN - Valid NMC -- No RMN/ RNLD **** Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
