ONLY RECENT NURSING HOME EXP IN A PERMANENT POSITION IS ACCEPTABLE FOR ABBEY HEALTHCARE , 2-3 year experience required as a Nurse deputy manager (must have management experience in a nursing home) Experience of managing incidents, complaints, safeguarding concerns and clinical risks. Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation, safeguarding, medication management and care planning.
