Care Team Leader - Must have 1 to 2 years Experience as a Care Team Leader in a care home. Experience of supervising, supporting or mentoring care staff and administering medication and maintaining care records.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading the Team – Providing clear direction, supervision and support to HCAs throughout the shift.

Delivering Care – Supporting residents with their personal care and wellbeing while maintaining high standards of person-centred care.

Taking Responsibility – Ensuring the home runs safely and effectively during your shift, responding appropriately to concerns and escalating where necessary.

Medication & Records – Administering medication safely and ensuring care documentation is accurate and up to date.

Care Planning – Supporting care plan reviews, risk assessments and changes in residents’ needs.

Supporting Staff – Coaching, mentoring and developing HCAs, helping colleagues build confidence and maintain high standards.

Leading by Example – Creating a positive, professional and compassionate culture within the team.

Working with Families – Building positive relationships with residents and their relatives and responding to concerns professionally.

Maintaining Standards – Supporting safeguarding, infection control, health and safety and other regulatory requirements.

Care Team Leader - Must have Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. Good knowledge of safeguarding, person-centred care and risk management.  *** SEND EXCELLENT CVS PLEASE
