2-3 years of exp required as a Clinical Lead in a Nursing home Experience of Maintaining high standards of clinical care and supporting continuous improvement within the home, Supervising staff, involving staff in decision-making and providing guidance where required, Supporting staff with induction, probationary reviews, regular supervisions and ongoing development, Implementing policies and procedures, including health and safety, effectively, Providing clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff. Knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards, Health & Safety, COSHH, manual handling, infection control and good hygiene.
