Holds Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum or willing to study.  Ideally holds, or is working towards, a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification. Has strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards  ** JD ADDED

Competitive salary: £34,000 – £44,000 depending on experience and qualifications
