About the role
Best fit: Quality Manager/Lead, Compliance Manager, Service Improvement Manager,
must have 1 year of Proven experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement
Experience working in a demanding operational environment
Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and performance frameworks
Experience with service improvement/co-production
What we're looking for
Good MS Office 365, digital and presentation skills
Ability to train and coach others
Knowledge of relevant legislation/regulations relating to Children’s Homes, Supported Accommodation or Social Housing, including Ofsted and ICO
