Registered Manager - Children's Home 

Must be a strong Deputy Manager looking for progression or an experienced RM- at least 2-3 years’ experience within a senior management role

Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports- even with DM, it would be good to see the reports under the RM they worked with as this would show their contribution as part of the leadership team. Anything below these ratings, we would reject unfortunately. Copies of their report/s with their profile would be helpful.

Must have already obtained or hold equivalent to Level 3 in childcare and hold or have started their Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Copies of these alongside their profile would be helpful.

Experience of working within a Children’s Residential Homes/ running a children’s home at a senior management level

Any safeguarding concerns, disciplinaries or failed fit persons to be declared.

They would have to be happy with the salary we have advertised - the salary expectations would have to be reflective of their experience and knowledge
