About the role
Home Manager – Children’s Residential Home - Must have 3 years to 5 years recent experience as a Manager in a children’s residential setting .Must have Strong understanding of EBD, trauma-informed and therapeutic care mode.The successful candidate will work closely with and support the
dual-registered manager with the day-to-day management and running of
the home, helping to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding are
maintained for the children and young people we support. EXPERIENCE IN AGE GROUP 6 to 17 for children in therapeutic residential care - Experience in supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties - MUSTTT ASK URN NUMBER FROM APPLICANT IF THEY ARE RM -- MUST ATTACH LEVEL 5 CHILDCARE PICTURE ALONG WITH CV. **JD ADDED**
What we're looking for
Home Manager – Children’s Residential Home - Must have NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare - Must have Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare. **JD ADDED**
Must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to a vehicle, and live within close proximity to Croydon.
