Interim Children’s Home Manager  - Must have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager, Interim Manager or
experienced Deputy Manager within a registered children’s residential setting with EBD. Experience supervising and managing staff within a care setting. Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements, Children's Homes (England)
Regulations 2015, safeguarding and the Quality Standards. Looking for EBD experience

Key responsibilities: Day-to-day management
of the home, safeguarding, staff supervision, compliance, care planning,
incident management, supporting the staff team and ensuring the home
continues to operate safely and effectively.
