Key Responsibilities & Duties

Providing full operational leadership of the children’s home

Managing and supporting a diverse, high-performing care team

Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and risk management strategies

Liaising with education teams and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care

Promoting the home with internal and external stakeholders

Producing reports and performance data aligned with KPIs

Driving service quality and continuous improvement

Contributing to organisational projects and development initiatives

Children’s Registered Home Manager - MUST HAVE CHILDCARE QUALIFICATIONS - LEVEL 3 - 4 AND LEVEL 5 IN ONLY CHILDREN MANAGEMENT
