Ofsted Children’s Home Manager - Level 3 diploma in children’s residential care. Must have level 5 diploma in Leadership and management for residential care. *** JD ADDED

£60,000 – £70,000 salary for experienced Registered Managers

Up to £10,000 annual performance bonus linked to quality, outcomes, team stability and regulatory performance

Up to £2,500 Ofsted Excellence Bonus for achieving an Outstanding judgement
