Care Home Manager
Must have previous 3-4 years of experience as a Home Manager
Proven experience managing a care home or assisted living facility with a focus on elderly or dementia-related care.
Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and case management practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering compassionate patient care.
Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual needs involving behavioral management strategies.
Familiarity with regulatory standards governing nursing homes or residential care facilities.
